succulents

hopefully, after tomorrow my entry way will look like a toned down version of this!

... with rocks!
(from apartment therapy)

jsyk, it really bugs that in the about me section, the words don't end at the bottom of the picture(which is all resized :/) and that bothersome little in just hangs there all willy nilly!

oh and i really really need a job... haha.

Hello! This is a cute little succulent garden...but why par it down? Do you have less space? I like it all filled in like that with all sorts of plants...colorful and beautiful. Thanks for posting!

i want it to be filled like in the picture but i put five in there so far and i've had two die. so i need to figure out why they're dying before i put more in. an plus it's less expensive haha.

Make sure you have well draining soil, and only water very infrequently...every 2-4 weeks only. If you have rain water falling off your roof there, you will have to get a gutter, for succulents to be OK there. Best wishes...it is such a perfect area to have them! HUGS!

yeah i think it's because i watered them too much. and we have a gutter but hurricane dolly hit and dumped a lot of rain that was over flowing our gutters and flooding the path way. so that didn't help! haha but i'm trying again and slowly adding more! i need to post new pics!

You know, another thng that would help with the water problem is if you could do a raised bed and fill it with cactus soil...so it can really drain well. My succulents outside are basically OK just with rainwater only...if they go a month, I give them water as a general guide! Can't wait to see your new pics when you get done!!!! :)
