berry tripping

my friends and i went to this event tonight at the social (cutest place ever!!) in the heights and ate some freaky berries. they're called miracle berries and they're really rare. you're supposed to eat the berry and then after 15 minutes anything thing you eat tastes different. lemon tastes like lemonade, salt and vinegar chips taste like bbq chips and fruit tastes extra sweet. it didn't really work that well for me, the chips tasted really sweet and so did the fruit but everything else was just milder, or more bitter. i don't think it was worth 35 dollars but it was still cool. especially cause we got to go to the social and i fell in love. afterwords we went to this cute tea place called te house of tea. a lot people started showing up and started to tango. we kinda got run out but it was so cute! haha anyways there's another berry tripping event on the 23rd if you wanna check it out.
