about two weeks ago a pipe burst in our kitchen ceiling. since then our kitchen has been a mess. hence the unusual thanksgiving. this was last week. now we have a ceiling, new lighting, the wallpaper is gone (which was sad cause i loved it) and the floor is being ripped up on thursday and replaced. so hopefully by next weekend... or at least christmas we'll have our fancy new kitchen back!

Oh, goodness...this was a huge disaster!!! We had a pipe burst under our cabinets and had to replace them all, but this is so much worse with it happening in the ceiling like that...I am so sorry. Hope you will have a beautiful Christmas in your brand spankin new kitchen!!! :)

it's actually been not that bad! insurance is covering most of it but i am tired of takeout/fastfood!
